Delivery and Collection
It is your responsibility to be present on the delivery and collection time of the hot tub. Due to our busy work schedule we aim to deliver and collect after working hours (After 5pm).
If you fail to be present within one hour of delivery then we will cancel the booking and charge a cancellation fee.
Cancellation & Refund
You can cancel for free at any time up to 24 hours before. If you are within this 24 hour window then you will be charged a cancellation fee of £20.
Health & Safety
Keep all chemicals provided away from children.
Do not run around the hot tub as the surface may be slippery.
Do not jump or dive in or out of the hot tub.
Do not enter the hot tub with sharp objects or electrical items.
Do not use glass or any other breakable items within or near the hot tub.
Do wear the correct clothing in the hot tub.
Do check the temperature before entering the hot tub.
Do not wear shoes or heals whilst in the hot tub.
It is the hirers responsibility to ensure that all persons who use the hot tub are medically healthy to use the hot tub. If you’re unsure then seek medical advice before using the hot tub.
It is the hirers responsibility that users are not impaired by alcohol or drugs whilst using the hot tub.
It is the hirers responsibility that all users are clean when using the hot tub.
It is the hirers responsibility for making sure the hot tub cover is secured back on the hot tub when not in use. This will stop the hot tub losing heat and will prevent any slips, trips or falls into the hot tub when not in use.
Accidents & Injury
As the hirer, I accept and acknowledge that I take full responsibility at all times for any users of this hot tub.
Bubble & Peak will not be liable for any accidents, injuries or death.
Children under the age of 16 must be supervised at all times when using the hot tub.
All users must be medically healthy to use the hot tub.
Damage, loss or Theft
Any damages, loss or theft of equipment and/or the hot tub due to gross negligence while the hot tub and any equipment is in your care will result in charges to the extent of the damages or replacement of equipment. If you fail to pay for any damages, loss or theft of the hot tub and/ or equipment while in your care, we will seek a claim against you to receive the funds.
An extra charge of £20 will be applied in the instance you use prohibited items and/ or liquids in the hot tub which lead to uncleanliness of the hot tub and/ or discolouration. These charges are to cover the cleaning cost.
Damage to your property
Bubble & Peak will not be held responsible for any damages caused by our equipment to your property through the entire hire period. This includes weight or water damage to any or all structures, fixings & fittings, garden or grass areas. It is your responsibility to make sure that the space provided for the hot tub is fit for purpose and that you have sufficient drainage.
Upkeep
You must never switch the power off unless it is for emergency reasons. If the power is turned off or a power failure occurs please turn it back on in the same way in which you were shown in your demonstration. If you are unsure then please contact us for assistance.
All users must be clean before using the hot tub. This includes the removal of dirt, oils, grease, gels, soaps, washing liquids, make up, moisturisers & creams. At no point during the use of the hot tub must any of these be used in the hot tub.
Do not enter the hot tub if you use fake tan as this will discolour the hot tub itself.
Upon delivery we will provide you with chemicals to keep the hot tub clean during your use. It is your responsibility to apply these chemicals as shown to keep the hot tub clean.
Your Responsibility
It is your responsibility to be present upon delivery and collection. You must provide us with safe access to where you want the hot tub to be situated. You must provide suitable electric and water supply to the set up area along with a suitable drainage system.
After we have installed the equipment and done an inspection we will then ask you to sign the T’s & C’s. Once signed you become responsible for the equipment and the health & safety of any users.
Right of access
I the hirer do hereby give Bubble & Peak the right to enter the premises and/ or land where they believe the hot tub to be on the agreed date and time of the collection in order for them to retrieve their hot tub and any other equipment they have installed.
