*Please note: If you are hiring for any kind of celebration you must allow 24-36 hours for the tubs to heat in the colder months. Estimated 24 hours for hot tub to heat on installation.

What you need

Water Source

To be able to fill the hot tub you

will need a water faucet that is

suitable for a hosepipe to be

attached to.

Electrical point

Our hot tubs require a suitable

source of electricity to be able to

function. A Standard outdoor socket is the best option however we can route out from your home if required.

Drainage

We will require a suitable drainage source to pump the waste water into (i.e garden drain). We will drain the hot tub for you using an electric pump.

Level Ground

Our hot tub require a firm and flat surface (i.e patio area). We will provide black padded mats to lay underneath.

Advice for safe use

Do’s

  • Shower before using

    To prevent damage and to keep your Hot Tub Hygienic you must remove all dirt, grease, make up, moisturisers & creams before using the spa.

  • Use the provided chemicals to keep the Hot Tub clean

    It is your responsibility to use the provided chemicals to keep the Hot Tub clean.

  • Place the cover back on the Hot Tub after use

    This will help keep the heat in and any debris out of the Hot Tub. It will also prevent unnecessary slips, trips or falls into the Hot Tub itself.

  • Seek medical advice if you are unsure if you can use a Hot Tub due to any medical conditions or pregnancy

Don’ts

  • Use the Hot Tub if you use fake tan.

    Fake tan will cause lasting discolouration of the spa. Fees will apply if hot tubs are stained.

  • Use any chemicals we have not provided

    This includes but is not limited to, bubble bath, soaps, washing up liquid or any other chemicals.

  • Use sharp objects or glass within or around the Hot Tub.

    To prevent damage to the Hot Tub and incurring any extra charges it is important to keep all sharp objects away from the Hot Tub.

  • Leave the cover off when not in use.

    This will make it harder for the system to heat up and keep the correct temperature. Leaving the Hot Tub cover off will also increase the risk of injury.

  • Leave children unsupervised in or near the Hot Tub. We strongly advise a responsible adult is supervising.
