We will install the Hot Tub upon arrival. Once installed and inflated we will start filling the Tub with water, this should only take around an hour to fill up. As it fills we will show you how the Hot Tub works and set up any other equipment needed.

If you have low water pressure we may leave the hot tub to fill while we install another. In this case it will be the hirers job to stop the water at the required level.

Once you are done with using the Hot Tub on your last night we ask that you turn it off and drain it.

If your hot tub stops working or gets damaged for any reason you must notify us immediately.

We will work swiftly to fix or replace the Hot Tub upon identifying a problem.

Any damages due to gross negligence while the hot tub is in the hirers care will result in extra charges to the extent of the damage.

For example: if you use prohibited liquids or sharp objects which cause damage.

If cancellations are within 7 days of the booking date,. your deposit will be refunded in full. If the cancellation is less that 48 hours the deposit will be forfeited.

We will ask you after the set-up of the hot tub to do a walk around to accept there is no damage or note anything previously caused, a photo will be taken. Any damages due to gross negligence while the hot tub is in your care will result in the loss of your deposit and if the damages exceed your deposit of £50 we will act to claim the excess. This may include a filter charge and / or cleaning charge if you use prohibited liquids etc which cause damage.

We will provide a full refund if during your hire you come across problems with our equipment which prevents you from using the Hot Tub.

Do:

• Shower before entering the Hot Tub.

• Wear the correct attire when entering the hot tub such as swimwear

• Take off any makeup, skin products, gels ect

• Take your time when entering the Hot Tub

• Cover the Hot Tub after you are finished

• If you happen to come out with a rash, please seek medical advice and advise them that you have used a hot tub

• Ensure that users are not impaired by alcohol or drugs

Donts

• Children under the age of 16 must be supervised at all times when using the hot tub

• Children under the age of 5 years should not use the hot tub due to risk of overheating and dehydration.

• Do not jump in or out or dive into the hot tub

• Use sharp objects in and around the Hot Tub

• Use glass objects or other breakable items in the Hot Tub

• Wear shoes in the Hot Tub

• Leave the Hot Tub uncovered

• Enter the Hot Tub if you have fake tan on

• Do not use the hot tub in lightening
